I needed a comfortable wheelchair for my mum to attend my dads funeral, I came across Southern mobility and I’m so pleased I did, I explained the situation to Michael we needed mum to be comfortable for the few hours out of the house as she is normally bed bound, this wonderful man was willing to allow a short hire, set up the chair to mums height etc, the compassion and customer service is amazing,. I cannot recommend this business enough. Make Southern Mobility in Basingstoke your first go to company, you’ll be very pleased you did!! Thank you Michael and staff for making a very difficult day comfortable and easy for my mum.

Fantastic to have found such a great supplier in Basingstoke. We are new to needed mobility / living aids and found the staff extremely knowledgeable. As we left the store we noticed that closing time was 4 pm - it was way past 4 but we had not noticed and the staff put us under no pressure to leave.Excellent customer service throughout, thank you.
